On May 20th, we participated in an event and for the first time, was in the shoes of our clients. We exhibited at the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Grand Expo 2010 which was held at AT&T Park on the club level. Our booth was perfect for our needs; a table showing highlights of our work and a banner stand to give us visibility. The event started at 5:30pm and right off the bat, it was busy. The attendees were a mix of individuals and businesses looking for new products and services to vendors and job seekers. It was a diverse crowd of exhibitors and attendees that included airlines, restaurants, wineries, universities, banking institutions, and many more.
Our goals for exhibiting were simple; reach out to the local community and try to help. We wanted to make sure local and fellow business owners were aware of our presence and how we can provide various services for their needs. It was a great event and being able to meet new people and network was also a plus. It may have been only 3 hours, but it was a fun, fast paced event that was extremely beneficial for us.
